Service Description

In this class you will explore some of the vastly different types of bread you can make with either bakers' yeast or that pot of bicarb in your cupboard. We could be making fluffy milk buns using the Asian tangzhong technique, as well as flatbreads and either Irish soda bread or American cornbread, French fougasse, Italian focaccia or Persian nan-e-barberi, thought to be the forerunner of naan bread. You can globetrot without ever leaving the UK! Suitable for vegetarians. Can be made dairy-free on request. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring is a basket to take home your creations!
